If the product is available and order order details are all correct, we will send your order as ordered by you. If the product is not available we will check with you at once. To send your order asap, we hope to get your response within two working days. 

  • He-ya.com may cancel any sale and not supply Products if it is reasonable to do so and may change or discontinue the availability of Products at any time at its sole discretion.
  • Non-acceptance of an order may be a result of one of the following:

    • The product you ordered being unavailable from stock
    • Our inability to obtain authorization for your payment
    • The identification of a pricing or product description error
    • CARD HOLDERS billing address on the CARD HOLDERS credit card are not same

Price

  • The price for each Product is shown on leading-role.com will not apply tax or customs charges. Each customer shall be solely responsible for all sales taxes, or other taxes, on orders shipped to any other state or Country.

  • We always try to make sure that the prices on he-ya.com are accurate but errors may occur. If we discover an error in pricing of the Products in your Order we will inform you as soon as possible using the contact details you supply us with. We will then give you the option of reconfirming your Order at the correct price or cancelling it. (If we are unable to reach you we will treat the Order as cancelled). If an Order is cancelled, any payment made for the Products will be refunded in full.

  • You will be notified of the delivery costs automatically before you submit your payment(or you can use the shipping calculator to calculate the shipping cost), based on the delivery address you specify.

  • Prices are quoted on he-ya.com in USD - Please note that charges and refunds are in USD  and he-ya.com cannot be held responsible for any loss due to exchange rate fluctuations transaction fee.

Availability

Our couriers require a signature ,so please specify an address where someone will be able to sign for your Order.Therefore only the authorized receiver will be permitted to accept the delivery. Upon the shipping destination, please be ensure that the authorized receiver is present to make authorized signature. He-ya.com reserved the rights not to released the delivery with the absents of the authorized receiver.
  • All orders will be delivered within 3 days upon successful payment confirmation. You should be able to receive your order within 3-10 business days depending on courier you have choosen, excluding Saturday and Sunday. We will make every effort to deliver within the time stated on he-ya.com .However, due to certain unforeseen circumstances, slight delay deliveries might occurs, leading-role.com will not be liable for any loss caused to you by late delivery.
  • he-ya.com is working hard to ensure that your orders are delivered safely and on time.
  • In the event of where your package is lost by the shipping courier, we will only replace with the amount that is declared on the invoice according to your request.

Quality and Guarantee

  • We offer you from 3 months to 12 months of warranty, unless otherwise specified, from the purchase date on our products. But if you meet any problem of our products please contact us as soon as possible. You will be required to send back the defaulted unit to us along with the warranty documents. Upon successful warranty claim, which normally takes not more than 7 days pertaining stock availability, we will send you a good working unit in return.

  • IMPORTANT: There are no warranty For Spare Parts, LCD, cables.
    All Mobile Phone  carry 12-month warranty on Natural problems on motherboards. NON-NATURAL DAMAGE is not in warranty. 

Return & Refunds

Cancellation of orders

  • 1. - CANCELLATION BEFORE PAYMENT

    If you have not paid for your order, there is no need to contact us to cancel it. We receive hundreds of 'test' orders each day which our members are using to quote certain cart contents and save the invoice for later reference.
    We ignore all orders until a matching payment is received. So if you haven't paid, don't worry, we're not processing your order.

    If the order has entered the packing stage we may charge a restocking fee if you cancel the order for those items.
