Calculating Shipping Costs

Shipping costs depend on the number of items and the weight of your order, as well as the shipping method chosen. The prices displayed on product information pages do not include shipping costs.

There are two way you can check how much you will spend on shiping:

Using shipping calculator

1. On the item's detail page, after you choose COLOR and QUANTITY, you can choose the destination and shipping method, then shipping fee will come automatically. 
2.  In the shopping cart,  when you confirm the order, if  the order is mixed with different products, after you choose the payment method and shipping method again for this order, shipping cost will come automatically too. 

Shipping Method

We deliver your package through international couriers like Registered Air Mail, EMS, and DHL. Customers can choose the shipping method they like. Friendly reminder: if your package contained too many branded products, we may deliver it via different couriers in order to avoid the customs problem. BTW, normally speaking, DHL is the cheapest among DHL, Fedex, UPS, TNT. We recommend you to use DHL. If you want to use Fedex, UPS, TNT, please tell us first. 


 

Delivery time

We normally send your order within three working days. some mixed order or big orders may take a little longer time. 

In general, the delivery time of each international courier is as below:

Registered Air Mail:  Most shipped packages will be delivered to you within 10-30 business days from the day they are shipped. We often use China Post Registered or                                                         singapore airmail registered.  
EMS:  Most shipped packages will be delivered to you within 5-15 business days from the day they are shipped.
Fedex:  Most shipped packages will be delivered to you within 2-5 business days from the day they are shipped.
UPS:  Most shipped packages will be delivered to you within 2-5 business days from the day they are shipped.
DHL:  Most shipped packages will be delivered to you within 2-5 business days from the day they are shipped.

All these shipping methods will have tracking numbers after they are shipped. 


Please be aware that the shipping time may be influenced by many factors, such as customs inspection or postal delay. If you don’t receive packages within 4 weeks(to South America like Brazil, Argentina etc may be longer), please kindly inform us.

Please NOTE:
Registered airmail limits each package less than 2KG.  If over 2kg, we need send in separate packages. 



Customs
For international shippment, the recipient is responsible for all the customs charges by his/her country. Since the customs policy differs from country to country, to be comply with the law and regulations of your country, we recommend you to contact your local customs office for more information before you make any order.

Please Note:

Due to longer customs clearance times, Standard Shipping times have been extended to 15-30 days for Brazil and 10-15 days for all other destinations in Latin America.

Since we typically ship orders in a single package, unless otherwise stated, the total length of time it will take for you to receive your order should be calculated using the longest estimated time for items in your order.

Chinese holiday reminder: During week-long Chinese holidays, Chinese National Day (October 1, every year) and Chinese New Year (one week between January to February, not certain each year. it calculate at Lunar Calendar.), services from certain suppliers and carriers may be affected, meaning that deliveries for order placed around these holidays may be delayed 3-4 days.
